FELJTECH / frequently asked questions
Know what to ask before you begin
The right questions clarify the work, the cost, and the responsibilities attached to a project before you approve a quotation or agree to the service terms. Use these answers to prepare your brief.
Which service should I choose?
Project objectives provide the starting point, and the enquiry form includes an option for guidance when the requirement involves several categories or an uncertain technical solution. Describe the problem you need to solve.
How do I request a quotation?
FELJTECH reviews the deliverables, preferred timing, budget range, and relevant references in your project brief to identify the information needed for an appropriate scope and quotation. Your current information provides a starting point.
Do you offer fixed prices?
Project costs depend on the deliverables, quantities, complexity, third-party requirements, and support provisions included in the quotation, with fixed packages applying only when FELJTECH publishes approved terms. Compare the scope alongside the price.
How long does a project take?
A workable schedule depends on the scope, available information, client approvals, production requirements, and external dependencies, which the project agreement needs to identify before work begins. Confirm the timeline in your quotation.
What information do you need from me?
For example, a branded shirt order needs quantities, sizes, artwork, and a required date, while a website brief needs page requirements, user tasks, and content responsibilities. Specific details make the enquiry useful.
Can one project include several services?
A combined brief can cover several service categories when the agreement defines the deliverables, responsibilities, review stages, and cost of the complete assignment before the client approves production. Keep the shared objective clear.
How do payments work?
Payment amounts, deposit requirements, due dates, accepted methods, and any recurring charges belong in the quotation or agreement rather than a general promise across every service category. Read the payment terms before approval.
How many revisions does a project include?
The quotation specifies the review stages and revision allowance, while additional rounds or a changed brief require agreement on any effect on cost, responsibilities, or delivery timing. Consolidated feedback makes each review useful.
Who owns the completed work?
Stock photographs, for example, retain their licensing conditions when a project uses them, while the agreement defines ownership, source files, and portfolio permissions for the commissioned work. Confirm the rights before commissioning production.
Does delivery include ongoing support?
Ongoing maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, storage, and further assistance apply according to the support period and tasks recorded in your agreement, with separate arrangements for work outside that coverage. Keep a copy of the support terms.
What happens if I change or cancel the project?
A change or cancellation requires review against the agreed scope, completed work, committed costs, applicable rights, and the terms that govern the particular service or physical order. Cancellation needs a timely conversation.
Can you work with clients outside Cameroon?
Remote delivery depends on the service, communication arrangements, payment method, and any applicable requirements, while installations and physical products also depend on location, site access, and logistics. Include your location in the brief.
Ask about your own requirements
If your question concerns a specific service, order, or project agreement, include the relevant details in your enquiry to help FELJTECH address the circumstances that apply. Clear answers begin with the right context.
