FELJTECH / how we work

Know what happens before the work begins

FELJTECH structures each engagement around a defined requirement, an agreed scope, and the approvals needed to move from the first conversation to delivery and handover. Start with the outcome you need.

Share the brief

Your initial enquiry describes the problem, intended audience, required deliverables, preferred timing, and available budget, giving the project discussion enough context to identify the essential requirements. Include references that explain your expectations.

Review the requirements

Before preparing a proposal, FELJTECH clarifies missing information, dependencies, technical conditions, and responsibilities that affect the work, including any third-party services or site access requirements. Good questions prevent avoidable assumptions.

Agree the scope and terms

A written quotation or agreement defines the deliverables, costs, exclusions, payment schedule, review stages, and project responsibilities that apply before you authorize the work to begin. Check the details before approving the project.

Create and review

For example, a website project needs client approval of the page structure and design before development, followed by a review of the agreed functions and content before launch. Each review needs a clear decision.

Manage changes

New deliverables, extra revisions, different quantities, or a changed brief can affect the cost and schedule, which makes written agreement necessary before the team undertakes additional work. Confirm changes before they become commitments.

Receive the deliverables

Project handover covers the files, products, access details, installation guidance, or documentation identified in your agreement, together with any defined acceptance conditions and outstanding client responsibilities. Keep the handover record for reference.

Confirm ongoing support

If your project needs maintenance, updates, or continued assistance, the agreement defines that coverage separately, including its duration, included tasks, exclusions, and contact arrangements for support. Clear agreements make delivery easier to manage.
